Dual Diagnosis 7 years, 7 months agoHi all… been sober five and a half years, and my depression is getting worse and worse. i’ve been more active in taking care of my mental health lately, but that means changing up my meds too… and it has been a horrible rollercoaster.

Hey Lib, I have been sober for 15 months with the same diagnosis and I found that once you have control of managing the decision to stay stopped helps.

Been sober for five and a half years but really struggling at the moment, especially with the mental health. Any advice or correspondence appreciated!
