there was a dude that came into my rehab and said he never really got sober until he started come at it from a dual diagnosis perspective, so here I am. also, newly diagnosed borderline personality disorder…so that’s fun

BPD is very difficult. I feel pretty stable right now with treatment, medications, and meetings. But with BPD that could all change on a dime

I am sorry to hear you are having a hard time. For the first three months of my recovery I did not take meds (I am Bipolar) and it made staying sober REALLY difficult. I used to do the same thing. I also took my anxiety and Prozac while drinking and found out the hard way that they don’t mix.
