Good morning everyone, just venting a little, anxiety and depression have taken the best of me, I’ve been sober for a couple of weeks now, but the urge doesn’t go away, I hope my meds would work a little better, trying different meds right now, hopefully the right one comes along soon!

I just decided to try online meetings after five months of being stuck at home, recovering from a very complicated surgery. went out sunday… after 3 and a half years… been practicing controlled drinking… making calls yesterday went to four meetings… had somebody pick me up a 12 pack that is in the fridge…. been diagnosed as well with anxiety, bipoloar 1ish with more manic episodes than full on depression and to top it off schizoaffective disorder… felt like…[Read more]
