Most people in AA find a sponsor at a face to face meeting in their local area. I don’t know many people who have an on line sponsor, and the face to face one provides more accountability, is always there when you need them, etc. Hope that helps.

Anonymous, I always tell the doctors and anesthesiologists that I am in recovery for alcoholism and that I try to be very careful with any opiods. They have never changed the anesthesia because of this. They always do the same thing they would have.
