I’ve been doing alot of research on codependency. What I’m figuring out sober is that I was drinking so many codependent behaviors away. Or I was attempting to. Now sober I realize this is something I need to face in order to stay sober.

I’ve relapsed repeatedly for the past two years. Sober today for thirty days and I am at peace.
