Dual Diagnosis 8 years, 7 months agoHey everyone I’m Maude and I’m an alcoholic. I’m excited about this forum. I have bipolar 2 and complex ptsd. I was basically untreated for twenty five years. Wow. I never knew about CPTSD. Amazing. I relate to it. I too was diagnosed borderline although that was later replaced with bipolar 1. Mental health roulette I guess.

Women in Recovery 8 years, 10 months agoI’ve been doing alot of research on codependency. What I’m figuring out sober is that I was drinking so many codependent behaviors away. Or I was attempting to. Now sober I realize this is something I need to face in order to stay sober.
