Welcome to the family! There’s a meeting here every night (in the chat room) at 7:30 Eastern Time. Just click on the date (monthly calendar) and click where it says Enter Meeting. All other times, the chat room is open (24/7) for sharing and support. Keep coming back. It works if you work it! 🙂

I had certainly felt shame during my days of drinking, but when I got sober, it was the first time I didn’t have alcohol to numb those feelings. It was overwhelming and I felt intense self-loathing.
