Hi, I thought this would be a great opportunity to do my first online group due to the fact that the Coronavirus will be closing many of the meeting sites in our area. I want to be preventative about my emotional sobriety and also establish new regular routines. Happy to be here!

I have just joined as life for all of us in Recovery has dramatically changed! Our church and others in Nashville where I live will not be open to house our meetings soon. I am trying to get ahead of my disease and plan for contact with new comers and make new recovery friends in the coming weeks .
