Hi Jamie-I am new here as well. Sounds like you and I have alot in common. Wine seems to be the only thing that takes my anxiety away but at a great cost. I overdo it a couple times a week and end up sick or dissapointed in myself for acting like an idiot. From what I have been reading-we need to get sponsors and start working the steps.
