Great post Jamie! Thanks for sharing and giving some tips. It’s a good idea to prep yourself before you reach for the drink and to keep yourself busy… I’m thinking of keeping a log of what I accomplish while I’m not drinking, so if I’m craving a drink I can look at my log and see what I’ve been able to do without drinking.
