Women in Recovery 8 years, 6 months agoI’m just starting my recovery journey n have 98 days sober. My past haunts me. The terrible things I did n let others do to me (especially surrounding men) just sits w me n I don’t know how to move past it. I talk to my sponsor n counselor n attend meetings n pray to my Higher Power but that shame is still there. What’s next?

Im brand new to this site n only 100 days sober but I’m interested in service work. I think online meetings r wonderful bc it’s pretty much available 24/7.
