I’m really happy you’re here. Being an active alcoholic is not easy. If you’re anything like I was, you’re either:

Busy drinking
Busy planning when you’ll drink next
Busy trying to get money to drink
Busy making excuses about why your drinking is OK
Busy being hung over
Etc…

Yeah Jason your right about the fact that once the ‘obsession’ drives us to the first drink, the alcohol is then the person. You could go as far to say that the alcoholic has multiple personalities.
