Dual Diagnosis 7 years, 8 months agoThis is my first time in an online chat like this. Not sure how it works. I have mental health issues as well as drug and alcohol. Been sober for five and a half years but really struggling at the moment, especially with the mental health. Any advice or correspondence appreciated!
