Thank you because I think the hardest thing will be to fill up the empty time I used to spend drinking; also, I am naturally a caring person and within the community I work there are a lot of people and animals who need help. Luckily there are a lot of meetings too.

I am just coming out of rehab and feel vulnerable. Anyone got any suggestions apart from the online chat? I am busy organising a breathalyser and there are AA meetings in the area. Apart from that I feel quite alone
