Men in Recovery 9 years agoHey! I wanna have a drink! Well at least it feels that way but I but god only knows what will happen if I do all I know for sure is it will be all bad so looks like I’m gonna just have to fuck around and try to find some genuine/natural peace of mind. Does anybody know how this is done?

I know it sounds dumb but try and do something outside that you can get your mind off of it I try to play sports or do some yard work when I am not working and thinking about drinking .

Don’t Drink, Go to Meetings, Read the Book and Take he Steps. You will be alright.

Hey Jason. Happy you made it here. The online meetings here are great and an awesome place to start – but should not be used as a replacement for face to face AA meetings unless you’re physically unable. Do you have any meetings near you?
