Suffering from severe anxiety and depression, which is one reason I drank in the first place.
I’ve been sober almost 4 years.
How do you deal with anxiety? -

Nothing changed. But I had a slip. He’s gone now. I was having a very hard time. I just came from a meeting. It was important to get out no matter what. I have my sponsors number now.
