Women in Recovery 7 years, 10 months agoWell done that’s an amazing start! Just remember 1 day at a time. If I find myself getting bored I try and do something/anything…needless to say my garden is looking awesome!
I’m 32 and know if I have another drink I will probably hit a lower rock bottom than I already have done. It’s sad to say that but it’s the truth.

My drinking also started off like this and to be honest it really spiralled out of control about 8 months ago and I did lose my job, very nearly lost a lot of people close to me and the depression was so severe it really just led to more drinking just to numb it out.
