Alcohol Recovery Group 8 years, 4 months agoWell this is my first time admitting that I’m an alcoholic and doing anything like this. I have realized that I can’t live without it. However, I know I can change and just need support from people who have been through it as well.

Me too… I had a bad day yesterday and my kids (little ones) saw me drunk from 2 litres of wine. I didn’t even have a reason to drink. My husband called my mom for a mini intervention. This is my first time admitting and quitting as well. I also have that voice, it says I don’t need to quit, just drink responsibly, but I just can’t. I always overdo it.
