I was told it is called post acute withdrawal. I learned about it after I relapsed after 7 months of sobriety. You have worked to hard!!!

Awesom!!! It sounds like a healthy fear to me. 1 year is a big deal! But they also say this is where the work begins….. lol. It’s all work!! But worth it…
