Alcohol Recovery Group 8 years, 2 months agoDay one for me, I have came to a point where I have realized I need to change the direction I am headed. I drink over the top when I start with one drink, ends up wanting to finish the bottle or get drinks with out a limit. I am hoping I can start with getting through week one.
