I find that it is best to answer questions or explain myself when the person is ready to hear the truth. Often, people have preconceived ideas that are totally untrue. I find it a waste of time until they are ready.

It is a great feeling to be accepted and not judged. Many people have deserted me. Back stabbed me. Gossiped about me. Slandered me. I am finding friendly people here that don’t want to judge or be judged. I can live with that. ☺

Spend time each day taking care of oneself.
This is not really selfish. If it helps to keep one healthy and clear headed than it is ok to support yourself.
